黃金莓乾 Dried Goldenberries

飛莎栗(physalis peruviana)是明亮的橙色水果,起源於祕魯。它的栽種歷史可以追朔到印加時期,到20世紀已被廣泛引入到溫帶和熱帶各地種植。在眾多的地區中通常被稱作黃金莓、燈籠果或酸漿果。雖然它被稱為黃金莓(goldenberries),它與莓類植物並沒有關係。

Physalis peruviana (physalis peruviana) is a bright orange fruit that originated in Peru. Its planting history can be traced back to the Inca period. By the 20th century, it has been widely introduced to be planted in temperate and tropical regions. It is usually called goldenberry, cape gooseberry or physalis in many regions. Although it is called goldenberries, it has nothing to do with berries.
It is more closely related to a large number of edible plants such as tomatoes, eggplants and other members of the Solanum family.
They are slightly smaller than cherry tomatoes and have the sweet taste of tropical fruits, somewhat reminiscent of pineapple and mango. Many people like to use them as snack, include in salad, or make sauce/jam with them.
